I use Human Design, Astrology, the Gene Keys, nervous system wisdom,
and narrative psychology to help you:

I mainly offer Long-Term friendship & support
because the unfurling of the soma/body,
the understanding of the ego patterns, &
the raising of the inner children
can take weeks and months.
But I also offer a la carte support by the hour.
Please understand—this work is not therapy or traditional coaching.
I see it as spiritual companionship, sisterhood, or spiritual direction.
I journey beside you as a witness, a guide, and a fellow traveler on the path of soul recovery—although I do not come empty-handed.

About Me & Why I do This Work:
I bring a unique blend of life experience, professional training, and deep empathy to my work, creating a soft space where your story can unfold with care and understanding.
I hold a Master of Divinity and a Master of Fine Arts in Writing, which allows me to weave storytelling and spirituality into every session. I’ve also trained in somatic practices and psychedelic-assisted support, equipping me with tools to support your body’s wisdom and your soul’s healing.
Over the past decade, I’ve served hundreds of people as a guide, minister for evolution, and as a chaplain. I’ve worked with people from all areas of life; I’ve listened to people in their homes, in hospitals, at the border, and in prisons.
These experiences taught me how to listen deeply and hold space for pain, resilience, and transformation.
But perhaps the most profound credential I bring is my own journey. I am a survivor of PTSD, and I know firsthand how hard it can be to find your way back to yourself.
When we work together, you’ll find a guide who understands what it means to journey through The Underworld and emerge into the light of your own divinity.
