I am here to support you through this journey of transformation
because I’ve been on it myself,
and I’ve dedicated my life to mastering the tools that will help you do the same.
My work blends a unique combination of somatic practices,
spiritual disciplines, and ancient wisdom traditions,
allowing me to offer a holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit.
With my experience with the nervous system, somatic embodiment, etc.
I help people release long-held patterns of tension in the body and reconnect with their life force.
I also bring the wisdom of Human Design, astrology, and Gene Keys into this process,
helping you understand how the different parts of you are designed to work in harmony.
My background in chaplaincy and psychedelic healing also gives me the experience to hold a safe, sacred space for this deep work.

We’ll work together to identify and release long-held somatic, mental, and behavioral patterns that have kept you stuck. This includes body-based practices, energetic recalibration, and mindset shifts that create real change.
