The Journey of the Sacral Generator
From Self-Abandonment to Sacred Satisfaction
This is The Journey of Healing and Empowerment
for Sacral Generator women who have chosen to reclaim our energy, our vitality, and our unique medicine.
This is the order of “events” that I witnessed in myself and in dozens of generator women:
Original Medicine
Sacral Generator women like you and I were born with a very specific medicine:
a deep yearning to create, to nurture, and to GIVE LIFE
(and I don’t mean to children although children are part of it.)
I mean to GIVE LIFE to projects, ideas, communities, and
anything that we DESIRE TO BRING TO THIS WORLD,
from a place of satisfaction, because that’s the main source of our
SACRAL VITALITY.
This openness and this DESIRE (and this impulse) to NURTURE & to GIVE LIFE
can be very attractive;
it’s a sweet and warm energy that is intoxicating.
Everyone wants this medicine!
But if we are not careful, SHE is easily extracted from (I call her SHE sometimes.)
And so, one day we wake up, and we realize that we are feeling empty, unseen,
and disconnected from our medicine and our warmth and our vitality…
2. Arrival
So we arrive here, to this journey of transformation, feeling deeply unsatisfied and malnourished,
and you would think that we would want to just rest and nourish ourselves, but nope,
most of us get here asking: “How can I GIVE to the world, to my community?”
Sounds like I’m not judging, but I’m not. We were DESIGNED TO GIVE,
but it’s interesting, how we feel completed depleted after years of pouring ourselves out,
and the pattern continues to seek ways to GIVE.
But it all makes sense.
We were conditioned to believe that endless giving is virtuous,
so we exhausted ourselves in service to others, often neglecting our own needs.
Years of fawning, bending, and sacrificing have left our containers empty,
eroding the JOY we once felt in our capacity to
CREATE LIFE AND CREATE COMMUNITY.
3. We Notice & Understand our Patterns
A Pattern of Self-Neglect
We begin to notice how we tend to lose ourselves in the needs of others,
abandoning our own life force in exchange for love, approval, or validation.
A Pattern of Freeze in Our Hips
We notice how stiff our hips are, how much pain is in there.
This freeze blocks the natural flow of our creative energy,
leaving our sacral depressed and disconnected from its original vibrancy.
A Pattern of Longing
Beneath it all, there is a quiet yearning,
an ache to create and nurture life in ways that feel deeply fulfilling.
Deep down, we crave intimacy of all forms
and permission to follow our desires without shame,
to live life in a way that honors our longing to give from a place of abundance and joy.
4. Our Deepest Desires and What We Long For
Satisfaction and Wholeness
We long for satisfaction that fills every cell, experiencing life as a series of “whole-body yeses” that bring alignment, joy, and fulfillment. We want to create from a place of fullness, where our energy overflows and allows us to build, nurture, and sustain what is meaningful.
Reclaiming Feminine Power
At our core, we want to reclaim our feminine power—the right to desire, to choose, to receive, and to be unapologetically in our bodies. We want to give life to projects, ideas, and relationships that honor our true worth, allowing us to embody our deep calling to create, nourish, and sustain.
To Be “Turned O”n by Life
We desire a life that lights us up, projects that excite us, and relationships that give as much as they take. We want to move through life with a natural magnetism, attracting what we need effortlessly because we are aligned, vibrant, and whole, creating not from force but from joyful alignment.
5. The Transformation Process
1: Returning to the Container and Self-Attunement
We start by reconnecting with our bodies, coming home to ourselves, and learning to listen to what our body truly needs. We move from a state of self-abandonment to one of self-attunement, recognizing that our vitality and creativity begin within.
2: Nourishing Ourselves from the Hunger of Decades
After years of depletion, we begin to fill ourselves up. This process is about learning to feed the deep hunger left by decades of giving without receiving. By honoring our sacral needs, we start to refuel with sustainable energy, allowing us to create from a place of overflow rather than emptiness.
3: Movement to Shift from Freeze to Flow
Through intentional movement in the hips and lower abdomen, we release the freeze that has taken root in our bodies. Movement melts this stored tension, restoring the natural flow of energy and bringing vitality back to our hormonal systems. This is where we reconnect with the rhythmic “yes” within us, allowing desire and pleasure to flow without shame or guilt.
Step 4: Breathwork to Bring Life Force Back
With deep, intentional breath, we infuse our sacral area with chi, or life force, reversing years of shallow breathing. This resource reconnects us to our center, increasing circulation and activating the natural energy of the sacral. We become re-energized and grounded, accessing the deep power and wisdom within us.
Step 5: Learning the Art of Receptivity
We embrace the art of receptivity, allowing energy, support, and abundance to flow toward us. Learning to open ourselves to receiving without guilt creates balance between giving and receiving. This shift establishes a sustainable, regenerative energy that fuels us and allows us to give from wholeness.
6. The Result:
Sacred Satisfaction and Empowered Reality Creation
By the end of this journey, we are no longer seeking love and validation outside ourselves.
We are now deeply connected to our sacral centers, knowing we deserve to feel alive, satisfied, and fulfilled in all we do. Our once-depleted energy is now a radiant source of creativity and joy.
As we give from fullness, we uplift those around us, co-creating a world where women are free to express their true desires and live in alignment with their sacred “yes.”
