Yin and Yang: The Golden Arrow and the Nest
The Container of Energy
We are each a container of energy, holding two vital forces within us:
Yin and Yang.
These energies are like two sides of the same coin, each essential to our well-being, but they must exist in harmony for us to experience true health—whether it’s emotional, spiritual, financial, or relational health.
Yin
I see Yin as the nest, the soft, resting place where we gather, nurture, and restore each of our parts. It is the energy of being rather than doing—of quiet reflection, stillness, and the gentle replenishment that happens in the background of our busy lives. Yin is our ability to rest and digest, the deep pause that allows us to integrate everything we’ve experienced and gathered.
This is where nervous system healing happen.
Yang is the golden arrow, the dynamic force of action, intention, and outward expression.
It is the drive that propels us forward, helping us make things happen in the world.
Yang is the energy that does—it’s decisive, goal-oriented, and the catalyst for change.
This is where manifestation (reality-creation) happens, using the energy inside your container.
Balance the Two.
This is the Secret of the Universe
Really, this is the secret to everything:
to nervous system regulation,
to health and wealth in every areas of our life
(emotional, spiritual, financial, relational)
When we are too rooted in Yang, constantly striving and doing, we burn out.
When we are too immersed in Yin, without taking action, we stagnate.
Health is found in the dance between rest and action, between receiving and creating.
