Introduction

The sacred story written in the stars for you is as vast and intricate as your own being. Therefore, sometimes it’s easier to look for the smaller stories within the larger story.

Here, through the lens of astrology,
we will create a container for you to craf your foundational story,
using four main elements in your chart:
Sun, Mercury, Moon, Ascendant.

But please remember:

that there are many other parts inside of you that contribute to your larger story;
that this is an invitation to learn about yourself and your medicine as a life-long spiritual practice;
that the deeper you dive into this, the more beautiful the tapestry of your life will become.
Why a narrative?

Because that’s how we humans make sense of the world, through stories.

Narrative Psychology teaches us that the story we tell about who we are (our identity) and what we are here to do (our purpose) can be our salvation or our demise.

A core narrative also offers refuge, one that we can return to for safety and guidance when we feel lost, disconnected, or uncertain about our path.

We also use stories in this program because astrology and the I-Ching (which I use here as tools for Soul Recovery) are rich with stories and archetypal figures that Psyche (the subconscious mind) can easily absorb and incorporate into our being, for us to heal from our existential depression and find meaning and purpose once again.

The particular story we are crafting here is about bringing a Yin/Yang balance to the system so that we can work toward delivering our original medicine; aligning the mind (sun and mercury) with the body (moon and ascendant.)

I wrote this book/program to guide you back to the larger sacred story that’s already written in the stars (and in your DNA.)

What I share here is based on my studies of astrology, Human Design, and The Gene Keys for 10 years. Through this program, you’ll begin to uncover the themes, gifts, and challenges that are part of your larger cosmic story.

your original beauty.

Let’s now begin, with the story of “The Island of Spirit and Soul.”

This story asks you to consider:

What if there was an island that was untouched by colonization, a culture that had been able to advance in every way a civilization could, by following the wisdom of the stars and the wisdom of their ancestors?
How would your parents have supported you in finding meaning and purpose if you had been born on such an island?
How can you support yourself in the same way now?
How can you support your children or loved ones?
